中国煤层气开发利用现状及产业化战略选择

PRESENT STATUS OF THE EXPLOITATION & UTILIZATION OF CHINESE COALBED METHANE AND THE STRATEGIC OPTION FOR ITS INDUSTRIALIZATION

中国煤层气资源丰富,资源量巨大。据最新资源评价成果,全国煤层埋深2000m以浅的煤层气总资源量为36.81×1012m3,其中可采资源量为10.87×1012m3;同时在区域分布、埋藏深度上有利于规划开发。“西气东输”、陕京一线、二线等天然气输气管线经过多个煤层气富集区,这为煤层气的开发提供了输送条件。截止到2005年底,全国共施工地面煤层气井607口,完成7个煤层气试验井组和一个示范工程项目,近年来中国煤层气对外合作已经取得了可喜成绩。为此,介绍了中国煤层气开发利用现状,分析了中国煤层气发展的新机遇,明晰了中国煤层气发展面临的挑战,进而阐述了中国发展煤层气产业化的战略选择。

China boasts of massive coalbed methane reserves. From the newest statistics of resource assessment, the total coalbed methane reserves have been found to be 36. 81×1012 m3 under the buried depth less than 2000 m, 10. 87×1012 m3 of which could be recoverable. Both its distribution and its buried depth have provided good conditions for the planned exploitation of coalbed methane in China. In addition, because main gas pipelines such as 'West-to-East', Shaanxi-Beijing Ⅰ, and Shaanxi-Beijing Ⅱ go through many blocks with rich coalbed methane along their journey, this solves the problem of transporting coal-bed methane by the way. Up till by the end of 2005, total 607 coalbed methane wells on the ground had been completed all over China, meanwhile with 7 wells regarded as a pilot well group and a model project fulfilled. In recent years, Chinese coalbed methane development has achieved in great success by cooperation with overseas companies. This paper introduces the status of Chinese coalbed methane exploitation and utilization, analyzes new opportunities and challenges met by its future development, and explains the strategic option for the industrialization of developing coalbed methane in China.
