摘要 丙吡胺(disopyramide,1)属于IA类抗心律失常药,即钠离子通道阻断剂。1可用毛细管电泳法(CE)和HPLC法测定,但仪器价昂。本研究拟建立一种易于普及的可见分光光度法测定1。经试验以Feigl氏方法为基础进行测定最为适宜。Feigl氏法原理如下:RCONH2+H2O+H^+→RCOOH+NH4^+。 A spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of disopyramide. The method was based on the hydrolysis of the amido group into ammonium ion, which was then determined by the modified Nessler's reagent method at the detection wavelength of 480nm. The amount of ammonium ion was calculated the content of disopyramide. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1 - 80μg/ml.
