摘要
综述了反胶束的理化性质及测定方法、影响因素,及其在药剂学领域的应用进展。反胶束可用作口腔、直肠等部位的缓控释给药系统及透皮给药系统的载体;利用反胶束法还可制备粒径小于100nm的纳米粒。
The physicochemical characterization and influential factors of reverse micelles as well as their applications in pharmaceutics are reviewed. Reverse micelles could be applied as carriers in buccal and rectal controlled release and in transdermal drug delivery systems. Nanoparticles with less than 100nm diameter could be obtained prepared by reverse micellar method.
