二种方法检测血糖血尿素氮和肌酐结果比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较干化学试纸法和全自动生化分析仪检测血糖(GLU)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)的相关性,评价全自动干式化学分析义FUJIDRI-CHEM3500(简称FDC3500)检测血浆GLU、BUN、CRE的可靠性。方法随机抽取急诊就诊患者96人,分别用干化学试纸法和全自动生化分析仪测定血浆GLU、BUN、CRE,并对测定数据进行统计学处理,对比分析二种方法的相关性;分别抽取高、低二个水平的病人血浆在全自动干化学分析仪和全自动生化分析仪上检测GLU、BUN、CRE,重复测定10次,进行精密度试验。结果全自动干化学试纸法与全自动生化分析仪检测血浆GLR、BUN、CRE结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关系数(r分别为0.995、0.991、0.964,相关性好,且批内变异系数(CV)<5%,精密度高。结论全自动干式化学分析仪FDC3500检测血浆GLU、BUN、CRE,具有快速、准确、重复性好等优点,能及时为临床提实验参考依据,适用于临床急诊生化项目的检测。 Objective To compare the results of plasma glucose, creatinine and urea by the dry and the liquid chemical methods: the dry reagent chemistry and full - automatic analyzer, and evaluate the reliability of FUJIDRICHEM3500 for the tests, Methods Plasma glucose, creatinine and urea were assayed in 96 blood samples by the two methods above mentioned and the correlation of the two methods was evaluated, and the samples with one low and one high results were repeatedly detected for ten times, separately, to evaluate the precision. Results The precision was good with the coefficient variation below 5 %, GLUr = 0,995, BUN r = 0,991, CRE r = 0. 964, Conclusions Dry reagent chemistry method is rapid and accurate for offering experimental reference to emergent detection of blood biochemical items in clinical laboratory,
