摘要
本文对房地产开发等类型的投资方案,建立了一种考虑了基准收益率和结合净现值法的动态投资回收期决策模型,作为方案的评价判据。
This essay has established a discounted pay back period decision model considering standard rate of return and buiding net present value, it is made basis of judging programme. Improving the correctness of invest decision and efficiency of decision progress.
