A Note on Major Operator′s Eigenvalue of the M/M/n Queueing Model with Impatient Customer

文章针对具不耐烦顾客的M/M/n排队系统,运用线性算子理论研究模型主算子,推导出0是其代数重数为1的本征值,且相应的正本征向量与系统的经典定态解一致,从而为证明系统动态解的渐近稳定性作了必要的准备.

The M/M/n queueing model with impatient customer has been discussed. Writer investigated major operator＇s eigenvalue by using theory of linear operator. Then writer deduced that 0 is an eigenvalue of major operator with algebraic multiplicity one ,and the eigenvector coincides with the steady-state solution of the system,which are making preparation for the proof of stability of the system＇s dynamic solution.
