摘要
本文详细叙述了集机械、计算机控制、电气和真空技术为一体的QDX系列冰箱压缩机抽真空除湿充氮气装置的工作原理、技术要求以及设计步骤.在该装置的设计中首次融入了模块化结构设计的思想,其主要技术指标优于90年代初美国KINGSBURY公司的同类产品.
This paper describes the operating principle, technique requirements, design method about the vacuum-pumping, removal of humidity and charge nitrogen equipment of the QDX refrigerator compressor, which is a product incorporating all the technique in mechanical manufacture, computer and electronic control and the vacuum-pumping. The idea modular structure development is firstly taken into the design of the vacuum-pumping, removal of humidity and charge nitrogen equipment. Its index of main function have more superiority than the product made by KINGSBURY company of America in the beginnings of ninth.
