摘要
用氯铂酸铵对铋系超导陶瓷进行铂掺杂,既能改善Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO陶瓷的烧结性能,又可以提高其超导特性.通过XRD和SEM分析,发现一定含量的铂掺杂能促进铋系超导陶瓷晶粒定向排列.文中亦讨论了铂掺杂对铋系超导陶瓷材料磁化率和磁滞回线的影响.
The sintering properties and superconductivity of Bi (Pb)SrCaCuO ceramics can be improved by Pt-doping with (NH4)2PtCl6. It is found that an appropriate Pt-doping can induce the grains to orientate along the c-axis. The effects of Ptdoping on the ac magnetic susceptibility and magnetization hysteresis loops were discussed in this paper.
