贲门失弛症经胸Heler改良术（附19例报告）

Modified Heller's Operation on Achalasia of the Cardia(a Report of 19 Cases)

对１９例贲门失弛症经胸行Ｈｅｌｅｒ手术，附加“胸膜筋膜瓣”覆盖固定的改良术式。结果，全组病例术后症状消失，无返流性食管炎。Ｘ－ｒａｙ钡餐复查资料查证，１７例均见术前扩张的食管有不同程度的缩小，原狭窄段增宽，其中１５例钡流通过顺畅，无钡剂潴留，２例可见有钡剂短暂停留，但随第二次吞咽动作后钡剂排空。

Modified Heller's Operations were performed through left thoracotomy with cardiomy-otomy and fixation of flap of pleural fascia in 19 cases. All of the cases were asymtomatic and without regurgitating esophagitis. Dilated segments of the esophagus were proved to be lesser in 17 cases on X-ray examination and original narrow segments were relieved. Barium passed through cardia fluently in 15 cases without any signs of regurgitation but 2 revealed temporary retention.
