摘要
以实现地理信息系统的开放性和互操作,OGC制定了一系列的地理数据和操作软件开发规范,基于XML的WMS(Web Map Service)是其地图服务规范之一。在分析了WMS规范及其实现过程的基础上,设计了一个基于WMS的在线地图服务实现框架,该设计的可行性通过一个在线地图服务的实例得到了验证。
In order to implementing the opening and interoperability of GIS, OGC present a senes of abstract specifications and implementation specifications. WMS （Web Map Service） based on XML is one kind of portrayal service in the framework of OGC. On the base of analysis of WMS, a online map service architecture based on WMS is proposed. The feasibility of this design is validated by a practical application.
