The post-Cold War international pattern in which one superpower co-exists with several major powers will not change in the coming 20-30 years or even beyond. However, as nothing remains static, the various inner factors related to the international pattern are in the process of constant change. Such changes are manifested in ten aspects, which find concentrated expression in the change of strength between the superpower and the various major powers as well as the change of interrelations between them. They reflect the profound and complicated struggles between the unipolar and multi-polar forces.
