激活剂对粉末电致发光材料发光性能的影响

摘要 采用掺杂2种激活剂制备了粉末电致发光材料ZnS:Cu,Au,发现激活剂Cu+,Au+的掺杂量对材料亮度有较大影响.当掺入激活剂Au+与基质ZnS的质量比为0.05%,而掺入Cu+的量比达到0.29%时,得到了在400 Hz,150 V激发下,亮度可达105 cd/m2的绿色电致发光材料.通过光谱分析发现,掺杂后并没有改变发光材料的颜色.同时,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对ZnS:Cu,Au颗粒进行了尺寸和形貌表征. Electroluminescence powder ZnS : Cu, Au was prepared by doping two activators: Cu, Au. It was found that the concentration of activators Cu^+ , Au^+ greatly influent the luminance of the material. When the concentration of Au^+ , Cu^+ were 0.05 % and 0.29 %, respectively, the green luminous material was obtained under the condition of 400 Hz , 150 V and its brightness was 105 cd/m^2. The spectrum showed that the doped activator didn't change the color of the luminous material. Meanwhile, the morphology of ZnS:Cu,Au was analyzed by SEM.
