概括了微孔塑料的优点、用途及成核喷嘴对加工过程的重要作用;简单介绍了微孔塑料成型加工的主要方法及过程;为了得到所需的成核速率,从数值上分析了对微孔塑料成型加工中成核喷嘴的几何结构要求,得出在给定体积流率的情况下,喷嘴几何结构参数唯一决定压力降与压降速率,因此可以通过调整成核喷嘴的几何结构参数从而获得微孔塑料成型所需的成核速率,为合理设计喷嘴提供了理论依据。
The merit, usage of microcellular foam plastics and the importance of nucleation nozzle in the processing is generalized. The introduction is also made on the processing and method of microcellular foam plastics simply. In order to get the anticipating nucleation speed, the requirement of geometrical frame of nucleation nozzle is analyzed from the numerical value in the processing of microcellular foam plastics, the result show that the geometrical frame parameter of nucleation nozzle can determine the pressure drop and pressure drop speed under the fixed volume stream uniquely, therefore, if the geometrical frame parameter of nucleation nozzle can be modulated properly, the necessary nucleation speed will reach and the theory base of designing nozzle come into being.
