紫外线强度对实木复合地板漆膜质量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在实验室条件下对红橡、柞木、帕利印茄多层实木复合地板涂饰表面分别采用4种方案进行干燥,测定了不同强度紫外线处理下地板漆膜的韧性,从最早开裂时间和裂纹率两方面对漆膜质量进行了分析。结果表明:对红橡而言,宜采用第4种方案;对柞木而言,宜采用第2种方案;对帕利印茄而言,宜采用第3种方案。若3种地板采用同一种工艺方案时,宜选用第2种方案。 The relationship between veneer checking and drying process about the painting of violet polyuretheane with different powers of ultraviolet radiation was investigated, which improves the importance of the power. Four schemes are designed in the point of power of ultraviolet radiation. The painting of polyuretheane on the red oak and white oak and Intsia palembanica Miq. parquet is dried by ultraviolet radiation violet lights. Based on the tests, it also analyses the surface checking of parquet from the initial time of surface checking and surface checking rate. It is reasonable to adopt the fourth scheme for red oak parquet, the second one for white oak parquet and the third one for I. palembanica Miq. parquet. The second scheme can be applied for the three kinds of parquets.
