摘要 细菌性青枯病是由青枯菌引起的一种植物毁灭性病害,在世界各地都有不同程度的分布。在介绍青枯菌种内分类状况的基础上,重点对青枯菌的检测方法包括传统分离培养法、免疫学技术和分子生物学方法等进行了概括,比较了这些方法在应用中的优缺点,并对青枯菌检测方法的选择进行了探讨。 Bacterial wilt is a destructive disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum and distributed in many countries of the world. Based on the classification of R. solanacearum, this paper mainly summarized the methods currently used in detecting the bacteria including traditional isolation and culture, immunological and molecular methods. The choice of specific detection methods was also discussed.
