摘要
综述了国内外水果分级支撑技术的研究现状,主要介绍了多光谱、核磁共振、激光诱发荧光谱技术、近红外、X射线、热成像、近红外和中红外双重照相机及超声波等技术在水果品质检测中的应用,并对水果分级技术进行了展望。
Technologies of fruit grading can improve fruit quality, and enhance competitiveness of Chinese fruit in the world. The present situation of fruit grading supporting technologies, mostly presents the application of those technologies such as multi-spectral detection, nuclear magnetic resonance, laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy, near-infrared, X-ray, thermal image, dual-camera NIR/MIR imaging, ultrasonic transmitted signal etc in quality detection.
