摘要
目的 探讨Galectin-3在肾细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化二步法检测Galectin-3在肾细胞癌中的表达，并对肾细胞癌组织进行系统的病理学检查和分析。结果 Galectin-3表达与肾细胞癌的分级和分期均成负相关（P〈0．05）。Galectin-3低表达者（1—2级）术后5年生存率明显低于高表达者（3～4级）（P〈0．05）。结论 Galectin-3与临床分期结合能更好地判断肾细胞癌的预后，Galectin-3低表达者易发生转移且预后差。
Objective To investigate the expression of Galectin - 3 in renal cell carcinoma and its clinical signifi- cance. Methods Galectin -3 was ditected by envision system in 80 cases of renal cell carcinoma. Results The expression of Galectin - 3 was correlated with the phase and grade of the tumor （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The lower of the Galectin - 3 expression, the poorer of the 5 - year survival. Conclusion The combination of Galectin - 3 and clinical gradeing system could effectively pre- dict the prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma. Those with lower Galectin - 3 expression metastasize easily, and always have bad prognosis.
