摘要 本文重点阐述了引起脓毒症免疫抑制的原因及机制,在此基础上介绍了免疫抑制的治疗现状,以指导临床医生合理使用免疫调节剂治疗脓毒症,以降低脓毒症患者的病死率。 The article mainly discusses the causes and mechanisms of immunosuppression in sepsis, on the basis of this, to introduce the therapeutic strategies for the purpose of reducing the mortality rate through rational immunomodulation use.
