摘要
介绍面颈部严重皮肤缺损依据创面部位、形状和大小的不同,采用不同的修复方法。Ⅲ～Ⅳ度颏颈粘连,在切除瘢痕的同时颏部掀起皮下组织筋膜瓣,翻转缝合加长颏突,颌颈角加深,再选用真皮下血管网皮瓣或真皮下血管网皮片移植;肿瘤切除或Ⅲ度烧伤创面修复时,采用组织量较多的股前外侧皮瓣或胸大肌皮瓣移植,面部的游离皮瓣移植均以颈外动脉或甲状腺上动脉为供血动脉,并采用横切口端侧吻合方式。
The repair of the face and neck with severe skin dcfcct and wound folllwing excision of scar. When excising the 3rd of 4th dcgrcc adhesion of ncck-mentalis scar,then the thin free flap of free skin graft with subdermal vascular network was transplanted.When repairing the cxcised tumor wound of 3rd degree burn wound,the pectoralis major flap and the anteroexternal femoral flap with rich tissue were transplanted. The transplanted flap in face was supplied by the carotis externa artery or the thyreoidea superior artery,the microartery endto-side anastomosis with transverse incision,the wound healed primarily with satisfactory re- suits.
