摘要
目的:建立降龙搽剂的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中冰片;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定龙血素A和B的含量.结果:在薄层色谱中可检出冰片的特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰.龙血素A、B分别在0.2~3.0 μg和0.05~0.70 μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系;龙血素A、B的平均回收率分别为99.3%(RSD=2.02%)、95.2%(RSD=1.75%).结论:本文所建标准可用于降龙搽剂的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards for Xianglong liniment. METHODS: Borneol was identified with TLC, and the contents of Loureirin A and B in Xianglong liniment were determined with HPLC. RESULTS: The spots characteristic of Borneol were found through TLC detection, with no interference seen against negative control. There was a good linear relationships between sample sizes and peak areas when Loureirin A and B were in respective ranges of 0.2-3.0μg and 0.05-0.70μg. The average recovery of loureirin A was 99.3% with RSD of 2.02%, and that of loureirin B was 95.2% with RSD of 1.75% .CONCLUSION:The standard can be used for the quality control of Xianglong liniment.
