摘要
随着城市经济建设的飞速发展,市政基础设施建设如火如荼。本文针对市政工程投资超概现象严重、造价难于控制等现象,通过分析产生这些弊病的原因,提出相应的解决办法。
Along with rapid development of the urban economy construction, the municipal infrastructure construction is increasing vigorously. This article aims at such phenomena as over-estimate and difficulty in controlling costs, through analyzing the reasons, then proposes the corresponding solution.
