Problems arising from the Arrangement on Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Civil and Commercial Judgments between the Mainland and the Hong Kong SAR

引言 历经四年磋商，香港律政司和中国最高人民法院终于在2006年7月14日签署了期待已久的《相互承认和执行民商事案件判决的安排》（“安排”）。

（A）Introduction After four years of discussion, the long-awaited Arrangement on Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters （the ＂Arrangement＂） was finally signed between the Hong Kong Department of Justice and the Supreme People＇s Court of the People＇ s Republic of China on 14 July, 2006.
