66例喉癌喉部分切除术临床分析

Clinical analysis of partial laryngectomy in patients with laryngeal carcinoma

本文回顾我院１９８０～１９９３年间共行喉手术１２３例，其中喉部分切除术６６例，占全部喉手术的５４％，５年生存率分别为Ｔ＿（１～２）为８１．８％（１８／２２），Ｔ＿（３～４）为７２．７％（８／１１）。喉部分切除术中Ｔ＿３、Ｔ＿４占３３．３％（２２／６６），并对晚期喉癌的部分喉切除术进行讨论。

Abstract A total of 66 cases of laryngeal cancer were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the re-sults of partial laryngectomy.The proportion of partial laryngectomy in laryngectomy as a whole was 53.7%(66/123).There were 58 males and 8 females ranging in age from 33 to 74 years. The T stages of 66 patients were T1 in 20,T2 in 24,T3 in 19,and T4 in 3.Results showed that the 5-year survival rates was 81.8%and 72.7%respectively for the early stage(T_1 and T_2)and the advanced stage(T_3 and T_4).The application of partial laryngectomy for T_3 and T_4 laryngeal cancer was discussed.
