摘要
本文报告了重组人脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)对无血清培养的出生后7天(P7)Wis-tar大鼠耳蜗初级听觉神经元存活与分化的生物学效应。结果表明,外源性BDNF可以促进P7Wistar大鼠听神经元的体外存活和轴突生长。实验提示,BDNF对于发育成熟的效应神经元仍具有明显的神经营养作用。
Abstract Using serum-free culturing technique,the biological effects of human recombinant brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)on the survival and dissociated primary auditory neuron was investigated in postnatal 7-day Wistar rats. The results showed that the exo-geous BDNF had obvious promoting effect on the survival status and regrowth process of the auditory neuron in vitro. The neurotrophic efficiency of BDNF for mature neuron was also demonstrated in this study.
