摘要
通过对牛毛中硫含量的测定,确定了牛毛中胱氨酸回收的可能性,并通过盐酸水解的方式,初步确定了牛毛水解的试验条件。
In this paper, quantitative L-cystine content is gained by determining the sulfide content of cattle hair. By hydrochloric acid hydrolyzing, extraction experiment of L-cystine from cattle hair is studied, through some the preliminary conditions are found.
