摘要
针对供应链网络需求不确定的特点,采用模型预测控制技术解决供应链管理中库存的动态优化问题.首先,阐述了模型预测控制的机理及其在供应链动态控制方面的适应性;其次,建立了成本目标优化模型,提出控制法则并给出控制算法;最后,仿真结果表明,模型预测控制技术在预测合理库存水平以及控制动态、不确定的供应链系统是可行的.
Model predictive control is applied to ,solve dynamic optimization of the inventory in supply chain management according to the demand uncertainty. First, the mechanism of model predictive control and the adaptability of dynamic control in supply chain are presented. Second, The model of the cost objective optimization is established, a general optimal control law and control algorithm are proposed. Finally, the feasibility of model predictive control can forecast reasonable inventory level and control dynamic and uncertainty supply chain system are shown by the simulation results.
