摘要
基于Pro/E的CAD/CAM模块,以缸体侧盖为例介绍了压铸模的设计过程,利用Pro/E进行设计,大大缩短了产品研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期,同时提高了产品设计的准确性,降低了产品开发和模具设计成本。
Based on CAD/CAM module, the design steps of diecasting die for the side cover of cylinder were introduced, carried on the design using Pro/E, the product development cycle, the diecasting die design cycle and the machining cycle were greatly reduced, improved the product design accuracy, reduced the product development and the die design cost.
