摘要
分析了高压开关零件LW8-35SF6铝合金拉杆的热挤压成形工艺及模具设计。与传统的加工工艺相比,新工艺采用杆部反挤头部正挤的复合热挤压工艺进行生产,使材料利用率和生产效率大大提高。设计制造的挤压模具结构简单,通用性强。
The hot extruding forming technology and die design of high-voltage switch component LW8-35SF6 aluminum alloy pull-rod are analyzed.compared with the used processing technic, the new that the hot extrusion technology by combing rod backward extrusion and head forward extrusion is adopted to produce, which improved the availability and productivily of the materials greatly, the structure of the extruding die is designed simply and currently.
