摘要
设计一套用于制造原模的数控机床设备(主机),可以实现三坐标平动和两个坐标转动,完成对车身的测量、原模的加工和模具的喷涂等工序。此装备具有相应的加工测量精度和柔性,且该装备的结构简单,制造快捷。
A NC equipment for machining prototypes is designed. It can accomplish vehicle body measurement, prototype machining and mold spraying by 3-coordinate reciprocating and 2-coordinate revolving. The equipment is simple and has the corresponding measurement currency and flexibility.
