摘要
针对电阻炉特性,提出了一种炉温智能控制系统。介绍了智能控制系统的基本原理和流程图;提出了控制机理和AI控制算法,分析了控制程序的基本思路和依据智能控制算法所设计的程序。对系统的硬件和软件部分进行了设计;针对可能出现的掉电、断偶等现象能够实现故障自检;提高了系统的稳定性。
This paper submits a kind of temperature brains cont rolling system according to the resistor furnace characteristic. The basic principle and flow chart of the brains controlling system are introduced. The controlli ng mechanism and AI controlling algorism are merited. The basic thinking of the controlling program and the designing program that subjects to the brains contro lling system are analyzed.
