摘要
采用液/气相综合氧化法对碳纳米管初产物进行了纯化研究,考虑了液相氧化溶液比例、液相氧化时间、气相氧化温度、盐酸处理时间等因素的影响。根据正交试验,通过收率、比表面积及透射电镜表征分析得到了最佳纯化条件,以保证产品质量,降低制备成本。
Studied the purification of carbon nanotubes by liquid/gas oxide synthetical method, considered the purificated condition such as solution rate、liquid oxided time、 gas oxided temperature、HCl immersed time and other factors.Choice the best cond ition though the orthogonal experiments and analyzed of purification rate、BET d ata and TEM image.The quality was ensured and the cost of production was decreas ed.
