摘要 通过介绍天津南疆建造5万m3大型油罐地基处理方案的选择过程,从适用条件、施工方法、经济效益方面分析了预制桩、普通灌注桩、柱锤夯扩桩处理大型油罐地基的优缺点,探讨了在软弱地基上建造大型油罐地基的处理方法。根据天津南疆的具体情况,最终选用了预制桩、柱锤夯扩桩相结合的方案,取得了良好的效果,油罐投入运行两年多,基础沉降仅为93mm。 This paper introduces the scenario selection course of foundation treatment of a 5×104 m3 large scale oil storage tank in Nanjiang, Tianjin. Advantages and disadvantages of precast piles, usual drilled and grouted piles and column-hammer compacted-expended piles used to strengthen foundation of large scale oil tank are analyzed in respects of applicable conditions, construction methods and economic benefits. The foundation treatment methods of large tanks built on soft foundations are discussed. According to the practical situation of Nanjiang, the combined scenario of precast piles with column-hammer compacted-expended piles was finally chosen and achieved good results.
