马鞍口放样坐标机算系统的开发与应用

摘要 目前马鞍口制作的常用方法是借助实物样板来画下料线,非常烦琐、复杂。利用马鞍口放样坐标机算系统可省去作图放样的烦琐工作,且比传统的方法简捷、精确、省时。文章介绍了马鞍口放样坐标几何模型的建立及机算程序设计内容和特点,并通过实例说明该机算系统的应用方法。工程实践表明,该机算系统具有较好的实用性和经济价值。 Using full scale templates for drawing saddle shape curves is a traditional method. This method is very troublesome and complicated. But under the aid of computer program for calculating coordinates on saddle shape curves, the tedious work of drawing lofting becomes labour-saving owing to more simple, accurate and timesaving than the traditional method. This paper depicts the geometric model establishment of coordinate lofting of saddle shape curves and its contents and characteristics, as well as the application method of the program system. Engineering practice shows that this program system is of better utility and economic value.
