摘要
通过对240 kA预焙槽漏料导致槽工况恶化的相关分析,指出了工艺上处理漏料槽的关键是电解质温与氧化铝浓度并重下降,并提出具体的处理技巧。
The paper analyzed the causes of leaking from 240kA aluminum electrolysics cell, put forwarded that the most important technique to avoid the leaking is falling the temperature of electrolyte and reducing the density of oxidize aluminum, and described the method in detail.
