摘要
介绍了某厂硫酸系统AHBLG全玻璃钢横流式凉水塔漫水严重、分水板变形的问题;提出了将布水槽上布水孔孔径由Φ10扩大到Φ16的改造方案;实施后,每年节约生产用水200万t。
This paper intruduce the question about the AHBLG GRP crosscurrent water in a sulphuric acid factory is overfiowed seriously and the water's diversion is out of shape;proposed the improvement plan that made the aperture of the distributive holes in the launder fromφ10 toφ16 ;After implementation, it has saved 2 millions tons productive used water every year.
