The Effect of EU Green Barrier on the Export of Our Agricultural Products and the Countermeasures

针对欧盟环境壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响,提出对策。建议政府采取的措施:促进生态平衡,发展生态农业;健全农业生产标准,建立与国际接轨的农产品质量标准体系;参与国际谈判,利用国际规则维护我国利益;加强对环境壁垒的研究,提供有效信息服务。建议企业应对欧盟环境壁垒的措施:发展绿色产品;增强国际认证意识;借助行会力量。

In view of the effect of EU green barrier on the export of our agricultural products, the paper proposes some countermeasures. It is suggested that the government should try to maintain the ecological balance and develop the ecological farming, establish and complete the standards of agricultural production, set up the standardizations for the farm-product quality and bring them in line with the international ones, take part in the global negotiations to make a full use of international norms to protect the interests of our own, have a good study on the green barrier, so as to supply an effective information service. It is also suggested that the enterprises should develop green products, intensify the consciousness of international certification, and seek help and power from all kinds of guilds. In this way they can succeed in coping with the EU green ramparts.
