The rapid development of modem science and technology leads to increasing rapid renewal of knowledge, therefore both educators and learners must transfer themselves from one time education to the lifelong one. This paper discusses a new model of English teaching which to help students cultivate a comprehensive quality and approach intended to suit lifelong education, with adapt themselves to the fast changing society.
