摘要
针对资源分类问题,首先分析经济发展特征,并据此确立了资源分类依据,进而将资源分类为物质、信息、资金和知识(MICK)四大类。在澄清资源定义中易混淆部分后,基于新资源分类研究成果构建了MICK-4FI(四流集成)资源运营模式。本模式在操作层面以资源为驱动因素,分析企业如何能快速集成内外部资源迅速获得竞争优势。
Aiming at the resources classification problem in resource - based view, this paper firstly analyzes the features of economic development, which is the basis of resources classification. Then resources are classified into four kinds as MICK. The confused using of modem and traditional resources definition is clarified. Finally, this paper constructs the MICK -4FI mode based on this research result of new resource definition.
