The Analysis on Environmental Economic Instruments Applied in OECD Countries

论述了经济手段的理论基础,对OECD国家环境经济手段的应用现状进行了系统的分析。我国环境政策仍以规制手段为主,未来理应以合理的制度设计为发展方向,在试点的基础上逐步推广经济手段。

This article gives a systematical analysis on economic instruments applied in OECD countries as well as the basic economic theories. CAC instruments are still main approach while many of the economic instruments are still in experimental stage in China. More economic instruments should be adopted and extended through rational institution designing.
