摘要 通过对我国证券投资基金股权结构特征与基金业绩关系的实证研究,为基金的内部治理提出建设性的意见。 Based on the empirical study on the relationship between the securities funds＇equity structure and their performance, this paper presents some constructive advice on the management of the funds.
