摘要
分析就业服务系统所面临的困境,运用市场营销理念,从劳动力市场营销过程对现行的就业服务进行系统思考。提出就业服务需要制定战略计划,明确组织的使命、目标、战略和业务组合计划,制定详细的环境分析、营销目标、市场细分及营销组合策略,建立起对劳动力市场营销计划的实施系统和评估控制机制,及时进行劳动力市场营销调研并建立起营销信息系统。对转型时期就业服务系统的构建和完善提出了新的思路。
This paper discusses the present employment service system in China and tries to sum up employment service in the course of labor marketing by applying the marketing theories. It is suggested in the paper that, for the employment service in China, strategic plans should be made for a better idea of its mission, objective, strategy and operation combination plan, as well as its environment analysis, marketing objective, market segment and market combination strategy, therefore to build up a working system and evaluation system for labor marketing plans, while the related research is to be done and labor marketing information system be set up at the same time. The paper puts forward new ideas for a new employing service system in the transition period of China.
