基于技术追赶的企业技术能力发展路径研究

Study on the Development Path of Technological Capabilities of Enterprises Based on the Process of Technological Catch-Up

在文献回顾和实证研究基础上,提出了基于技术追赶的企业技术能力发展的一般路径,即通过对技术知识的不断学习、积累和使用,企业技术能力沿着搜索、选择、获取、吸收、改进五阶段模式螺旋式上升;并且认为这一路径是技术后进地区或国家的企业发展技术能力的有效途径。

On the basis of the references and empirical studies, the authors advance a general development path of technological capabilities of enterprises based on the process of technological catch - up, that is, technological capabilities of enterprises will enhance in the evolutionary five - phase path of searching, selecting, acquiring, assimilating and improving through constantly learning, accumulating and using technical knowledge. The authors hold that the five -phase path is an effective way to develop technological capabilities for enterprises in less developed regions and countries.
