重构县域金融体系的对策分析——基于山东沾化县的案例

The Analysis on Re-establishing the Finance System of County Area——Based on the Case of Zhanhua County in Shandong Province

以山东沾化县为例,分析当前县域金融体系中存在的主要问题是不尽完善的县域金融体系导致县域金融“失血”过多、信贷紧缩,造成了县域经济发展所需资金投入严重不足,从而抑制了县域经济的发展,并且针对性地提出重构县域金融体系的对策建议。

This paper analyses the main problems in current finance system of county areas based on the case of Zhanhua County in Shangdong Province. The deficiency of finance system in county areas results in losing too much blood＇of the finance and the tight credit which cause the financial input into county area economy is by far insufficient. Accordingly, the county economy has been restrained. Some countermeasures are put forward to re - establish the finance system of county area.
