摘要
采用高速油泵是小型燃气涡轮发动机传动系统小型化与提高推重比的最有效方法,然而油泵在高转速工作时性能变差,使用前必须进行性能检测。为此设计了一套高速油泵性能计算机辅助测试系统,主要介绍系统工作原理、数据采集硬件设计、传感器信号调理,以及在LabWindows/CVI环境下的测试软件设计。
Using high speed pump is a most efficient method for improving small turboengine thrust-weight ratio and dwindling accessory transmission drive, but when the pump works in high speed, its performance will be deterioration. Before the pump being installed on turboengine, it must be tested. A suit of high speed pump performance computer aided test system is designed, the system frame, hardware interface and software are introduced in detail.
