双掺玻化微珠保温浆料是以玻化微珠和聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)颗粒为主要轻骨料配制而成,它节能利废,保温隔热性、抗裂性和耐候性优良,施工和易性好,可用于建筑外墙保温。其组成材料主要为:水泥、粉煤灰、玻化微珠、EPS颗粒、高分子粘结剂、纤维网格布等。对保温浆料材料选择进行了分析,并介绍了保温浆料的性能和施工工艺。

Thermal insulation paste blended with vitrified microsphere and EPS is prepared taking vitrified microsphere and foamed EPS grain as main lightweight aggregate that is good in thermal insulation, crack resistance, weatherability, and construction workability as well as energy saving and making use of waste, and it can be used for building external wall thermal insulation. Its main constituents are cement, fly ash, vitrified microsphere, EPS grain, macromolecule binding agent and fiber. Analysis is also made on selection of thermal insulation paste material, and its performance and construction technology are introduced.
