摘要
通过对商品住宅设计现状的分析,结合以往住宅的设计实践,总结出商品住宅设计发展的趋势,提出了多种商品住宅的设计方法,以符合商品住宅的多样性与灵活的适应性要求。
Through analyzing present situation of the design of commercial residential building, this paper summarizes its development trend combined with past practical residential design, and proposes several metheds to design commercial residential building, in order to meet the requirements of commercial residential building as diversity and flexible adaptability.
