摘要
介绍了住宅的设计理念,对由于社会问题、个性需求、科技发展等原因引起的户型设计的变化进行了阐述,并对社区环境的设计新趋势进行了论述,最后指出住宅的发展趋势,以满足人们日益提高的住宅需求。
Design ideas of residence are introduced. According to the changes in house type caused by social questions, personalized requirements, development of science and technology and so on discussed is made. In the end development trend in community environmental design is presented in order to meet increasing requirements on residence of people.
