摘要
针对我国涉外单位和建筑施工队伍参与国际竞争这一现状,深入探讨了我国海外工程管理中存在的问题,总结了提高我国海外工程企业竞争力的措施,从而推动我国海外工程企业的发展。
According to problems encountered in management process of oversea project discussion is made. Measures to improve the intemational competition ability of Chinese construction enterprises are summarized in order to promote the development of enterprises concerning foreign works.
