摘要
论述了煤矿安全生产过程中“一通三防”的必要性、事故的特点和相应的预防措施,并指出了“一通三防”存在的问题和今后的发展方向,从而为井下施工创造良好的气候条件,达到安全生产的目的。
This paper discusses the necessity, characteristics and relevant preventive measures of ＂one-ventilation and three-prevention＂ in the process of safety production of colliery, and proposes its existing problems and developing direction, in order to create well climatic condition for underground construction and achieve the purposes of safety production.
