阐述了参与和加强工程建设项目全过程造价管理的必要性,并从工程项目建设的各个阶段具体分析了如何加强项目的全过程造价管理,同时对其管理的实施提出了几点建议,以最终提高我国工程造价管理的总体水平。
It represents necessity of engaging in and strengthening the cost management in the whole project item process, analyzes how to strengthen cost management in the whole process of the item from every process of the project item construction in detail, and brings forward some suggestions to the management execution, which will improve the total level of the project cost management in our country.
